Bourne Community College is a state, trust school. There are about 700 students and more than 100 teachers. Students must wear a uniform and they have a Code of

Conduct. The school has some facilities such as an Adult Learning Centre, Youth Wing, 7 independently run playgroups and a Leisure Centre. The Head Teacher, Simon Liley, is a National Leader of Education.
